Online booking of stays and payment options

When an online booking is made at www.danske-hoteller.dk or on one of Danske Hoteller A/S' hotel websites and the following applies when choosing to pay at the hotel at check-in or check-out: Your/the guest's payment information (card number, expiry date, etc.) is registered and the transaction is approved by you/the guest and the booking is completed, but the amount is not deducted. Payment is only made upon check-in or check-out at the hotel by normal settlement (cash, with bonus kroner or credit card) at the reception. In this case, the transaction approved by online booking is never withdrawn.

However, when using a debit card, the amount is reserved on your/the guest's account for approx. 30 days. It is not a determination made by Danske Hoteller A/S, but a condition set by NETS/payment provider.

When booking online and choosing immediate payment online at www.danske-hoteller.dk or on one of Danske Hoteller A/S' hotel websites apply... Your/guest's payment information (card number, expiration date, etc.) is registered and the transaction is approved by you/guest and the booking is completed, and the amount is deducted from your account immediately. In the event of subsequent cancellation of the reservation before the arrival date, cf. applicable cancellation rules listed below, the amount will be refunded via the same transaction after prior agreement with the hotel.

Payment methods in connection with online booking

When booking online, it is possible to pay with Mobilepay, Dankort, Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. 

Prices

Prices quoted are incl. VAT.

We reserve the right to make typos and obviously incorrect prices. Danske Hoteller A/S reserves the right to cancel a booking if the price is obviously incorrect and the customer should reasonably have realized this.

When sending an invoice by mail or via EAN, an invoice fee of DKK 75, -

Please be aware that Danske Hoteller and its subsidiaries do not have a fixed price list for accommodation and accommodation. Therefore, prices can change in both a positive and negative direction without notice. The price that is agreed or stated when booking the trip is therefore valid.

Cancellation

Here you can read our current rules for cancellation of rooms and package stays booked via danske-hoteller.dk or one of our 27 hotel websites. 

Standard booking (1-3 rooms): 
For reservations that include 1 to 3 rooms, we offer flexibility so you can change your plans without worry.

  • Free cancellation: You are free to cancel your reservation without charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival day (e.g. for arrival from 14pm, cancellation must be made no later than 14.00pm the day before).

"Non-refundable booking"

If you have chosen a "non-refundable" booking, special conditions apply.

  • Free cancellation: You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 4 days before the arrival date.

Group booking (4-9 rooms)

For smaller groups, the following cancellation policy and cancellation deadlines apply:

  • Up to 14 days before arrival: The entire reservation (100%) can be canceled without charge.
  • Up to 8 days before arrival: Up to 50% of the final reservation can be cancelled.
  • Up to 2 days before arrival: Up to 25% of the final reservation can be cancelled.
  • If cancelled later than 2 days before arrival, the full price of the confirmed reservation will be invoiced.

Group booking (10+ rooms)

For larger groups, the following cancellation policies and deadlines apply:

  • Up to 30 days before arrival: The entire reservation (100%) can be canceled without charge.
  • Up to 21 days before arrival: Up to 50% of the final reservation can be cancelled.
  • Up to 14 days before arrival: Up to 25% of the final reservation can be cancelled.
  • If cancelled later than 14 days before arrival, the full price of the confirmed reservation will be invoiced.

Force majeure
If the stay is prevented due to force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, acts of war, riots, etc.) Danske Hoteller A/S not liable for compensation for interrupted or incomplete stays.

Consent
When booking the stay, you consent to receive a text message and an email with a link to practical information about your stay, as well as the possibility that you can book additional benefits that you can avail before, during or after your stay.
