Experience a unique city walk through Esbjerg's streets, where you get an insight into society's dark side. Listen to personal stories that shed light on life on the streets in Esbjerg with stories about crime, drug use, homelessness and more.

Take part in an intense and exciting journey through Esbjerg's streets in an hour and a half. At Gadens Stemmer, the guides are people who have lived large parts of their lives on the edge of society or completely outside of it. During the city walk, they openly share their experiences, insights and stories about life on the streets, which few people know about. The guides at Gadens Stemmer are socially vulnerable and are in meaningful paid employment, where with their stories they contribute to breaking down stigma and prejudice between people. In addition to the harsh stories, there is also room for hope, smiles and optimism.

Book a tour: Gadens Stemmer offers open tours every weekend in Esbjerg, where everyone can participate. However, we recommend that children are at least 12 years old.
